Video links are sent out to students who missed class. It is the student's responsibility to reach out to the Confirmation Teacher for the link. Students who do not meet the class attendance/mass attendance requirements may be delayed for Confirmation until the student and family can prioritize the preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Year 2 Transfer Students: Students must provide a letter of completion from the Catholic church where the first year of preparation was successfully completed. Letter must denote curriculum used, class and mass attendance was met to the satisifaction of the director/pastor. Please indicate the ministry your student served in at the previous church.
Students must successfully attend Confirmation Retreat & complete their Saint Project within year two (2) of Confirmation Classes. A date is set and students are to complete and present on that date.

Flex: We do offer a "Flex Class Model" for students who participate in extra-curricular activities that may complicate attending in-person class *at times. This plan is not entirely a substitute for attending class in-person. Permission is required & additional family commitment form signed. This option is to be discussed with PCL/Pastor/Catechist Melissa Koebcke ahead of enrollment/season. This option is for young active disciples who have consistently attended CCE prior to Confirmation preparation. Students will independently complete the missed class videos/workbook (up to 7 classes). Once completed, the mastery report is sent to the catechist. If the class is not sucessfully completed student will repeat the session. Again, the flex model is for students and families who are living out the Catholic rhythm of life. Attending Mass at HTCC, serving in ministries, attending in-person class but on occassion must travel/attend to extra-curricular activities.
